Excellent Customer Service!

I bought something online from them and when it arrived it was mildly defective. This happens all the time now days with use of couriers etc.

However - I immediately contacted customers services via email and the whole situation was resolved within the hour. Excellent service !!

Will definitely continue buying from them just because I know if there are any issues it will be sorted out quickly.
