Don't use Frasers luggage

Bought a hard Delsey case at Frasers Cresta in Jan 2020 with a 5 year warranty. Two years later they cant fulfill the warranty and replace it with a downgraded Delsey bag which lasted one trip. They now refuse to repair or repace that bag!
