Burgess manufacturing **** leather goods

I purchased a Burgess leather bag from frasers for a hell of a lot of money. The leather started peeling and I took it to forest hill o the 5th jan2016. They promised to send it to burgess on the 15th Jan and when I popped in at the shop on the 27th it was still not picked up for evaluation.cant believe that Frasers a trust brand can actually allow his type of quality and secondly forget that there are customers that need answers.
