Very Poor After Sales Service

This is a great hobby shop. The service and knowledge are really good. All your questions will be answered by the expert behind the counter. I baught a rc helicopter and received good service. But! A few weeks later I wanted to order replacement parts for the heli. I am so disappointed in Frasers that they sell you a product but not willing to support the product they sold you in the first place. When I bought the heli, they told me that spare parts are readily available and they will have it for me in a few days. Absolute lies !! I am left with a helicopter I can no longer use. No after sales service.
