Pleasantly surprised

Can't say how happy it makes me to be able to be able to acknowledge a a person and business for great service. We used the Franschhoek Wine Tram in early Jan and had a fantastic day out with great service from a staff that was really helpful and friendly. On checking my credit card statement I noticed a discrepancy. On contacting them my issue was fixed quickly and to my complete satisfaction by Catherine the manager and it has put a smile on my face to report this as this sort of service is not found very often. Could not recommend them more and will continue to do so.
