Drunken Staff with children

My friends and I have been on the Wine Tram numerous times. I loved the experience on the wine farms but got upset on one of the previous occasions I had to go on the Tram. One of your female staff members were highly intoxicated and exploited customer on the wine tram for "tips" while they themselves were understandably intoxicated, that made us uncomfortable. How can this be acceptable? Does the owners of the company actually know about this. I mean people do pay for the service they receive already. And to make this even worse the same staff member had her own young children on the wine tram. How can this be allowed? Young children on a tram with intoxicated adults. What an example does this set for the children? Is this what the company stands for? On another occasion me and my husband went on your purple line where this employee asked for free drinks at the different wine farms. We were highly disgusted at what we have seen. If this is the motto of the wine tram I will never recommend this company to any one. My friends even told me that this same female employee likes to dance on bar tables. HOW CAN YOU ALLOW YOUR STAFF MEMBERS TO BECOME INTOXICATED AND TAKE THEIR CHILDREN ON YOUR WINE TRAM? I hope you will attend to this matter.
