Bad temper of owner Jannie Smuts and theft of phone.

I left my bakkie to be checked, and they tried to charge me R17000 for a fix that got done for R3500. I then said i would rather get a second opinion and would get it towed away. there was extreme weather so i could not get the bakkie towed for 3 days. They stole my cell phone and battery out the bakkie and said that it could have been anybody but i pinged the phone and it was there. He then phoned, swore and threatened me with his friends from the police, and began to insult me in Afrikaans. the most unprofessional place i have ever encountered and Jannie has a serious temper. He busted himself saying the bakkie was standing open but it was locked when i went and got it towed and there was witness. He knows he took the phone but refuses to admit it, he obviously does not know i can ping the phones location.
