Franschhoek farm cottages

We stayed at Franschhoek Farm Cottages for the Champagne Festival, from Friday - Sunday, Dec 2018. The owner checked us in nicely on Friday. Saturday evening, we were shocked to discover that they did not clean /make up our rooms as we walked back into a room. On calling the owner to find out, she did not answer her phone and proceeded to switch it off completely. On Sunday morning, we were woken up by an owner accusing us of 'messing up' her place, .....as she had assumed that we had used the pool, when instead it was the other guests booked in the other cottage that used the pool. The owner did not bother to first check which guests used the pool....and after discovering that we did not use her pool, she did not apologise. I will for sure not use this place again!
