Fran's Place in Simons Town Not Great NO MORE

Recently visited Frans's 0lace in Simons Town ,Jubilee Square.The wife and I each had the Seafood platter for one but was sadly disappointed, muscles were cold ,calamari was chewy,prawns were not the best since we were monthly regulars .The wife said don't make scene and as you all know happy wife happy life.Service was average and they were not very busy .This use to be a regular monthly visit but since that day the wife chooses not to support them .So hopefully they have stepped up their game but you have lost a regular
