Not recommending this company

I hired Frans Legend coating pvt ltd to do my bathroom paid deposit. Later before they could finish Frans Makondo demanded the balance which I paid because I thought that’s how they work but they never finished. When I ask him he keep on saying I’m not around I’ll come next week since 28/07. He usually work in Centurion and Vereeniging
