A complain

I hired Frans Legend Coatings to do a bathroom for me. Legend charged for they labour which I paid 60% upfront and within 3days of starting the job the owner Frans Makondo came request for a balance which i paid him because it looked they about to finish but he took the money and never finished the project. Now he doesn't want to finish up. i have to get someone to finish up while i paid Legend Coating. *** for call and whatsapp
