Franle Pharmacy

6th September 2024 I went to Franle Pharmacy to get my chronic medication. I have been going to this Pharmacy for the past 8 years but only a year and a half to get my chronic meds.

The staff is always friendly, but yesterday as I entered the Pharmacy I could feel something was off. When it was my turn, the pharmacist on duty was absolutely so rude. I had a girl friend with me ,there were many customers in the Pharmacy, and they all witnessed this rudeness. The pharmacist couldn't get my prescription correct, as I kept on telling her. She got so angry that she threw the tablets on the counter and started yelling at me infront of everyone. All because she couldn't get my prescription correct, the same prescription I have been getting for a very long time and which she has given to me for a very long time.

Her behavior was very uncalled for and unnecessary. I am very hurt by the ordeal. I know we all get our off days but why take it out on other people and infront of other patrons. Very very uncalled for
