Franklin Templeton's pathetic service.

Good Afternoon Hullopeter You have been such a great help in the past where we have needed action. For 2 1/2 months we have been trying to extract our investment from Franklin Templeton. We tried to save Global and Local our investment managers the trouble. We failed to accomplish this on our own. We then asked Global and Local to assist us. Despite our efforts and Global and Local's efforts we have had no success. The Analyst from Global and Local has not heard from them in 3 weeks. I don't know what more we can do. I would advise anyone considering an investment NEVER to consider Franklin Templeton. We need the money to continue financing my mother's full-time care but they will just not release the money. Your assistance in this would be greatly appreciated. With thanks Kingsley
