Franklin Templeton

Good day HelloPeter I wrote a review a week back on Franklin Templeton's poor service. The same day they contacted my dad and apologized as they had done so a month ago for their inactivity and promised to pay out the investment. Later in the week they again requested a change of address form which we have submitted probably 10 times. Nothing has happened yet and I see they have not yet responded to you. For an international company I find it pathetic that the employees don't seem to be able to read or are their records so chaotic that they don't document what they receive. Even our investment brokers Global and Local have failed to help us get the money from them. Not sure what more we can do. With thanks Kingsley
