3 different medium sizes

I received my order, all 3 mediums were different sizes, the one fit, the other one I could not even fit over my knees and the 3rd one is so small it hardly fits my 9 year old daughter despite the company admitting that they 'have recently changed their sizing' the still refuse to refund the 2 products. I will never purchase from them again
