Ice cold food on the coldest day of the year
I just had the worst experience at Frankies in Witpoortjie. On what feels like coldest day of the year 11/08/2026. We waited 40 mins for our food and when they brought it out it was cold, not even Luke warm, completely cold. When I told the staff it was cold she completely ignored me, just gave me a look turned and walked away.

So bad! Service is the worst!
2 shwarmas and chips 1 hour waiting time! Had to pay our bolt tripple the amount because of waiting time. How does it tak an hour?!!! Food was soggy and not cooked properly. Service is the worst i have ever seen. Its beyond me that it could take that long, be under cooked and ther were not busy at all.
