Frankness underwear

Customer service is up to ****! I contacted them to correct an order I placed and they told me that it had been rectified. Only to receive the original order and no corrections. Now I have underwear that’s too big for me and they not getting back to me to fix the problem. Looks like as soon As they get their money they couldn’t care any further..
