Worst customer service ever!

been waiting for 4 months to get a soap dispenser replace which is still under warranty and the new year, 2018 shipment has arrived, but finding extremely hard to contact Durban HQ to get product send down to Somerset west at my mall.. absolute nightmare!!!! never gonna buy their products again!
