Rusty inferior Franke sinks

I purchased a new sink from Gelmar in May. It was a Franke sink. The sink was rusting and smudging and was getting easily scratched. I sent pictures to the warranty department. They responded after some time and finally sent a rep/plumber out, to see the sink. He took photos as well and sent them to the warranty department. This is now the 4 September. I have received no correspondence from them just that my case was being reviewed. I received an email today because I called to check the progress of my case.Their email said that I will be refunded. The whole point was for Franke to send a plumber and reinstall a new sink and remove the old at their cost and as not to inconvenience me as the consumer,hence what was plumber onsite for. The warranty manager then tells me that he will remove the sink and have it tested to show that the steel is not inferior at my inconvenience of course. The warranty manager was extremely unhelpful,protecting his own butt at the expense of Franke's reputation. What a sad day when a simple solution could not be resolved because of *********** people working at the disservice of a big company. I for one will never buy a Franke sink. The quality sucks
