Lies

I had the most terrible experience with Franke geysers. I bought a geyser 3 years ago with a 5-year guarantee. The geyser burst in 3 years. I was then advised to email Franke as the geyser was still under guarantee. I emailed Franke the requested pictures, the first email response I received from them informed me that the pictures were insufficient. I sent others and I waited, no response nothing. The only email that followed afterwards was sent to Nagashnee on the 8th July. Since Nagashnee did not bother providing any feedback, we decided to purchase a brand new geyesr. We then advised a week ago to submit our banking details and bank confirmation letter to receive a refund. I submitted the required banking documents on the 13th July, where I was told that the documents have been sent to finance for processing. Still no replaced geyser, no refund and a lie in the guarantee. Worst service ever. No word honoured.
