Franke geyser bursting

I will never advise anyone to have any dealing with franke..I have over 15 angry community members with no hot water!some of us have no hot water for 2 solid years.our apartments were renovated by the government.they removed our copper geysers witch was working perfectly fine for over 20 years and put franke geysers in out apartments..franke claims that they have no dealing regards this problem because they did not install the geyser?franke says that they have paid out a number of people in our community due to geyser Burst but my question is the same contactor installed all the units in our apartment's so how is it that some claims are processed and some do not qualify for a claim because we're not installed correctly.i asked franke to be of assistance to our poor community in Wentworth people have school children and baby's that need hot water.franke did not want disclose the information as to witch cimapy made that bulk purchase from them so that we could get some help for our people?a consultant from franke office told us to go back to the government Rudely..I'm looking for anyone who could help me Ann my community members as we did not ask for this problem and inconvenience because we have perfectly working copper geysers witch were sold as s**** at a value of 1200 each..we need *******ion to come to and end in South Africa because all the poor people have to suffer the contents thank you South Africa
