CHEATED FROM MY GEYSER

<p>i bought a geyser in late 2013 being just an ordinary user not knowing much about plumbing i went to buco in athlone belgravia road and bought me a 100l geyser FRANKE and it was installed yesterday i came home to see water coming out the overflow from the geyser knowing that it isnt 5 years yet and that i was told there is a 5 years warranty on the geyser i called them to say my geyser has popped the plumber came and told me i have a ****pa tp valve and for that reason my claim is void so my question is but i bought it like this and on the form it says does not meet sans requirements. i looked up the sans requirements just to see that it is valid then i contacted them again and i was told sans is just a guideline on how to do things so how was my claim voided if it does meet sans requirements?</p>
