Bad workmanship & wrong product

I had a log cabin built by Frank Wendy and log Cabins based in Pretoria. At first everything was done well. When they got close to finishing everything went south. At first the ceiling collapsed, the doors could not close because the doors was cut badly. Frank was supposed to put Woodoc 30 on the floors. He arrived with a sealer that represents tar pole sealer. One room floor damaged. I need to replace the complete floor. The shower plumbing doesn't work. I had to use 5kg interior Pollyfiller to close gaps between the cronices and walls and ceiling. In all it was bad workmanship for good money.
