I bought an Opel Astra 2011 Red in June 2019. The 1st problem I had on the car, the car needed a new coil pack and tuppett cover that was replaced on the24th of October 2019 at Reeds Bellville after a long fight with them, this is a 2nd problem on the same area of the car on the engine. The car overheated while I was going to Eastern Cape to a point the top gasket got damaged. Its only been 6 months since I bought the car from this guys for an amount of R138000, when I was looking at the contract the warranty option is written off meaning we were not offered but the time they advertised the car they said it had 1 year warranty but when I was speaking with the Manager, he said no the car doesn't have warranty but when I was speaking with Hadley the representative he said he will look at the warranty to check if top gasket is covered and come back to me that was on the 24th of December 2019 since this day he hasn't given me feedback with regard to the warranty. I told the Manager that this car has been with me for 6 months and I haven't had joy since I got it, he told me that theres nothing they can do, I told him I will speak with my lawyers about this issue because I don't believe that the car had 3 months warranty I have never heard that before, what surprise me is that the Manager is saying the car doesn't have a warranty but his representative Hadley said the car has a warranty meaning they don't want to fix the car intentional.
