shady motorcycle mechanic/salesman

Adam Frank - Owner of Frank Racing in Mooi Nooi is nothing but a *****. he assisted me with the repair of my motorcycle when i had broken down - he said he was taking the bike to his shop to be repaired as he didnt have the parts on hand that were needed for the repair. he did offer to purchase the bike and we agreed to a sale price of R44500.00 - He then vanished and the bike is gone - i tracked him down to a house in mooi nooi (9 Alida street) , this is the adress of his bike shop aswel and he said he was in the process of making payment for the bike - this was 2 months ago and he has not payed a cent and the bike is still missing. he has again vanished - so technically , he has ****** my bike.
