I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the ongoing pool construction project that was commissioned to Frank Pools, owned by Kenneth Mohalatlego Maruapula. Despite my initial excitement and trust in your company's expertise, I regret to inform you that the experience has been nothing short of disappointing and unacceptable.

After paying the required deposit upfront for the pool construction, I have been met with a series of delays, excuses, and unprofessional behavior. It is disheartening to share that Kenneth has repeatedly failed to meet agreed-upon deadlines, and his communication has been inconsistent at best. What was once a promising project has turned into a source of stress and frustration.

What exacerbates this situation is Kenneth's audacity to request additional funds, a request that is not only unreasonable but also deeply concerning given the circumstances. As a customer, I expect a high level of professionalism, transparency, and accountability from a service provider. It is disappointing to note that these fundamental values seem to have been disregarded throughout this ordeal. I am left with no choice but to formally register my complaint and seek resolution to this matter.

I kindly request the following actions to be taken: I urge you to treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. As a paying customer, I believe I am entitled to a satisfactory resolution that aligns with the principles of integrity and accountability. I hope that we can work together to salvage this situation and restore my faith in your company's commitment to quality service.
