No delivery

Frank put an advert for a combination machine for 15000 he brought down price to 12000. He said transport was 1600 an found transport company. Later he said they needed 3000zar for insurance I refused. I just sent 1000. The parcel should have come last Friday I asked for courier invoice to no avail. I want my money back or give me the machine if it's truly there. I need to know if this is *****. Both Frank and the alleged transporter a have Nigerian accents. This is not right. Can someone help me please. I paid 6000 deposit for the machine through nedbank<br>
