Shady car salesmen - Frank Hamilton

Mr Hamilton had a verbal agreement to sell his vehicle privately to me, he initially told me that the 1st person that was inline that his deal has sank because of his acc thats in arrears, he then told me to go ahead with my finance which i did, my deal was then approved and i had to book my flight as im from cpt and his from JHB newlands (im not mentioning the dealership he works for as he states he will sue me if i should mention its establishment,however the dealership is on hello peter as a complaint with another party already) Mr Hamilton and i were in contact via whatsapp and email and i had informed him that everything is sorted with finance,we agreed to meet saturday the 20th Feb to test drive the car, Mr Hamilton then whatsapp's me today (19/02) to inform me the car has been sold via a cash deal this dude Mr Hamilton then reverts back to the \guy\" he had the initial deal with and its not a cash deal as he spoke his \"bek verby\", nw i have booked my flight did my necessary finance app and went through all this trouble,whos knows wats wrng with the car as he is in a hurry to sell, watch out for him guys,coz what if I made the transfer! the deal is shady FRANK HAMILTON!"
