I was late for an appointment and when I got there I asked if it was still possible for me to still get my hair done, a polite \no\" would've been acceptable, but no, I was horribly lashed at by the manager Patricia after an innocent question. I couldn't believe how horrible this woman was to me, it was my first time and to treat a customer like that? She is a horribly ****** woman who has no respect for people of colour. How can you be like that to clients? I am very disappointed, I expected a lot more from people who claim to be such professionals, what a shame. "
