Terrible Service

I am not happy with the way your company is handling things . I spoke to a sales advisor and I took a life cover with her . We agreed on debits order of the 27th of every month . She said all the policies start on the 1st of every month , meaning they will debit my account on the 1st of June , I was happy with that . Now they go debit my account on the 27th , to make matters worse they used NAEDO system which caused me bank charges . I recommended friends to this company because I believed in them . I want that policy cancelled and my bank charges refunded and my money refunded as I never agreed to that . My friends will call and do the same.<br> <br> <br> Kind regards, <br> .
