Non payment of claims

Just want to state that my brother had a Policy at Frank Net and passed away 1 December 2014 we are still waiting for documents and the recordings of the policy when taken out. After several conversations and promises the policy claim was declined on the basis that my brother suffered from Hypertension however his passing was not due to Hypertension. Be aware off the small print and terms and conditions that causes frequent non payment of claims. We have requested Frank Net on several occasions to supply the recordings but to no avail. We are still waiting for the voice recordings but this is also empty promises. After months and more than a year of the passing of my brother they have not even bothered to address our requests in this sad and painful experience. Insurance companies are quick to take your money but denying pay outs. We are now looking at the option to report the matter to the ombudsman. In fact we provided all the detail to an insurance broker to address this matter. Be warned Frank net will go out of their way to take your money and will think out all small print reasons to deny suffering clients any pay outs.
