no response from frank

Frank is 1 of the most ********* providers I ever came across after trying to make contact with them numerous times I have received no satisfaction whatsoever. They are a bunch of ********* people ever providing a service. To us South africans. The worst part is that they have even **** to the oumbadsman they in the processof rectifying the mistake. I wish someone out there can assist me with Frank and help me get compensated for all of my difficulty and cost incurred to rectify this issue. If there's any kind person out there please help me as Frank is a bunch of ******* they rob poor south africans by misleading them. I am appalled by such behaviour!!!!
