Life Insurance Harrasment

<p>I requested a quote through a company called SaveMoney which is contracted by Frank. The first time I got a call I requested the consultant to quote me. The quote was more than one of their competitors which I decided to go with and also informed Frank. Since that call I have been harassed by Frank.Net consultants. I get a SMS thanking me for requesting life cover through SaveMoney and minutes after that I get a call. I spoke to a guy called Angelo yesterday stating he will get them to sort it out before close of business yesterday. Obviously as it should be expected Frank is better at getting sales than sorting out issues and customer service. I emailed SaveMoney and have not received anything back from them. This is utter nonsense, I do not have time to explain to every consultant I am not interested and why not, because they do not simply take no for an answer. Is harassment part of the sales pitch to force people to take their cover? I am not convinced that this will get sorted out. So if you planning on going with them, to be frank, don’t…</p>
