Instructed them to cancel policy, but not done

I took out a policy with [URL Removed] but I had to cancel it as I will be working overseas and no longer require it.<br> Weeks have gone by with not a word from them, today I get called and was told the policy hasn't been cancelled.<br> <br> But before I get told why we first have to play the little identify yourself game, you called me so why must I give you my details.<br> <br> Don't waste my time and cancel the policy as I instructed you to do!!!
