Franke a bunch of *******

As previously indicated I have taken a policy with Frank we were told that the policy we had signed up to was life cover after almost 2 years of paying we had not received any documents in regards to the policy after doing a lot of fighting withe company they send me a cover that I never agreed upon in the first place I have tried to make contact but to no avail I was told that the person is either not in and they will get them to call me I have left many complaints on helopeter as well frank has just disregaded my complaint I have clearly stated that I can be contacted between 9:30 - 10 and @ 13:00 - 13:25 these people choose to ignore this so I'm wondering right now i have received no response from this bunch of idiots I have left so many messages and I did not receive no satisfaction from Frank. I want to be compensated my full premuims that I have made to Frank for misleading me and all of stress and sufferring to this day that frank has caused. No wonder you do not advertise any longer cause you people deceive innocent people. And I don't want that ******** that we were covered for that period as I did not agree to be covered for the time as I did not agree to unnanatural cau
