Displeasure at Unauthorized Debit Order and Frank.Net

Good day

I have had a policy with Frank.Net for over a year and half now. I have a contractually arranged debit order date. But for the last 3 months my account have been debited 2 to 3 days earlier.

When I called their customer service, only then I was told that I was suddenly on some kind of "debit tracking system" which according to the consultant means they'll check your bank account and if you have money in it they will debit your premium even if it means taking your last money.

This unauthorized debiting of my account is unacceptable and I hope it will stop after I was now put on a "strict debit order" system.

This debiting had caused me a huge inconvenience today and I know that no one at Financial Institutions really care as long as they can take your money and make more, but should it happen again I would rather just cancel my policy and get one elsewhere.
