Contract not delivered

I app**** for Life Cover and received a contract number P*** but no contract.<br> No deductions were made on the date specified and when I queried this, I was told because I turned 65 I cannot get Life Cover. I app**** for this cover beginning Feb'15 and the admin costs were supposed to be deducted on the 25th which did not happen. I turned 65 on the 28th of Feb.<br> My wife tried to query this and she was told that she is not the member therefore they cannot assist her.<br> I feel this is not my fault and I want this cover as promised. I see this as breach of contract and would like know what can be done about this situation as it's critical that I have cover for my loved ones if I'm not hear to provide the finances they need to survive without me.<br> Thank you for your assistance!!<br> Mr AJH Fabricius
