Cancelled policy but still debit my account without authorisation (NAEDO!)
<p>I cancelled my policy this month. They debited my last premium on 1 December but today 23 December they debit my account again! They have no authorisation to debit my account on this date and also because I have cancelled. I will be reporting them to the FSB.</p>
