Frank brady ****ins food posioning incident with my 4 year old

Still awaiting a reply since August 17 here's my email sent to the frank brady email adress . Good evening Trust you all are well and staying safe . Myself and family are huge fans of Frank Brady brownies and can't go without it.by family I also mean my 8 year old min pin puppy aswell he lives it.the tail proves this each time.

We literally make a stop out our set route to pop into our local 24/7 which is the only one selling them in my area.

I've never ever has an issue buying sometimes 10 at one go for the family instead of a cake at times doesn't matter as their divine .

I popped in last week bough a bunch as norm and I ate one on my way home no issue until I came home handed over a few to the kids and while my little one ate up I tried snatching a bite and thank heaven I did .

The brownie isn't expired nor even looking odd from the top. Once I bit in the brownie was sticky sticky yes they meant to but not to this content .also the bottom or under of the brownie and packing oozed a he'll of a lot of oil. Or some liquid that looked like oil to me .

Sadly my total had already eaten quiet a bit and didn't notice since the messing sticky fingers were more fun . The next day the o blem got bigger when she began a tummy ache and diahorrea .

Myself only nausea but the doc advised it was the tummy that was upset I won't say food poisoning but rather there was something off with the browine .and she was really ill from it .

The others turned out okay but a few more same issue sticky .oily and not expired . Pleasr advise if this is normal or an issue with the batch as I am afraid to get more as we can't tell the difference as they aren't expired . Sent to this email
