Delivered defective suit and will not refund money

My name is Phillip Mahlatsi and I am a lawyer from Johannesburg. I bought a suit from FRANK BESPOKE represented by Mr Grant van den Berg. I paid R5 500.00 for a double breast suit in two instalments first of which was made on the 3 October 2014 in the amount of R4 125.00 representing 75% deposit and I made a final payment in the amount of R1 375.00 on the 20 November 2014 for the production of the suit to be started. <br> Somewhere in January a defective suit was picked up from the offices in Melrose after numerous calls to Grant went answered. The suit was defective apparently because my measurements were lost and the organisation went ahead producing a so called bespoke suit without accurate measurements. I gave back the suit and demanded my money back and I was talked into accepting a brand new suit option after proper measurements were taken. It is now 8 months later and I still do not have a suit. When I ask the owner he gives me a lot of excuses ranging from being under staffed and electricity not being available. I must also state that this would have been my second suit from FRANK BESPOKE as I went through similar experience with my first suit. he must pay back the money.
