Bad service, bad quality, over-priced

When looking for a suit to me made for my wedding, I opted for getting a bespoke suit made for the special occasion. Paying the premium (R10,000 for the 3 piece suit) I expected good service, but above all a suit that was perfectly fitted as I wanted it...after all I could've paid a fraction for a suit off the shelf.<br> <br> What I ended up with:<br> - A suit that was not terrible, but hardly made to measure<br> - A waistcoat with no buckle on the back (apparently all bespoke suits should have a bow at the back
