WEBSITE ***** -PAID UP FRONT AND NEVER GOT A WORKING WEBSITE

been taken for a ridge here. Paid R5000 to Frank Purcell who gave me a fantasitc presentation for designing and managing my website. He said it would take 3 months and it took 8 months and it still not working properly. He did a very good design and every time I called him he ad a zillion excuses of hardshipts that he has endured and how he is trying etc. I then told hgim I cannot load pictures on the website and he told me that I must copy the pics of another wsebsite because my pics are to big and if I have not loaded my pics anywhere then it Could not get the pics loaded. He then said bwecause its a package that does not allow these pics I must pay for an app that will help me download the pics. Also I could not delete any pics it took like 15 minutes per pic to delete. He kept telling me that he would fix this and up till now which is alsmost a year later he ignores my calls and does not help. He took my R5000 and basically ran away.. Everybody needs to be warned that he is a con person and does not do what he says I am sad that it cost me R5000 to find out
