Frank and Hirsch Apartments – Worst Place to Live!

This is my second time renting with AFCHO, and it’s by far the worst experience. I’ve only been here for a month, and it’s been a disaster.

Constant power outages – We’ve had three blackouts, each lasting more than three days.

Unbearable noise – Kids run wild in the corridors, making insane noise. Security claims they can’t stop them.

Serious security issues – My unit was broken into, and AFCHO refuses to take any responsibility. They won’t investigate and just tell tenants to insure their belongings. If security can’t prevent break-ins, what’s the point? My equipment was ******, and it honestly feels like an inside job.

If you value safety, peace, and basic living conditions, avoid this place at all costs.
