Very bad service

I have ordered and paid my order on the 31st of March 2017. Today is the 5th of November and i still have not received my order. When I ask Franella footwear about my order, they only reply that they will get back to me, I am still waiting!!! The 'getting back to me' has been going on since August! I am really not happy with this place, as I've paid a long time ago and NO ONE can answer me on when I'll get my order!
