No Shoes after 1 year!!

I ordered and paid my shoes on 4 Nov 2016 already!! After a lot of emails they send me an email on 4/4/2017 to tell me my shoes will be ready 5/5/2017. My shoes was a no show. NO contact since then. They do not reply to any of my emails
