NO SERVICE!!!!!
<p>I ordered shoes in August 2016 - I have paid my shoes on the 26th of August 2016 -</p> <p>On the invoice it says the order will take 2 - 4 weeks. When I enquired about my order in November 2016, they said they will contact me when my order is ready.</p> <p>When I told them I was waiting for 8 weeks already they said the turnaround time is 2 - 12 weeks but only working days????</p> <p> </p> <p>When I enquired on the 6th of March 2017 - I got no resonse, I enquired on the 9th of March 2017, and on the 10th of March 2017 with no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I send an email again on the 14th of March which I got a reply stating they will get back to me.........</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 24th of May they still did not get back to me so I've send another email and complained on facebook. After I've complained I received an email where they said they deny my accusations?????Even though I have all the proof and emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a phone call where one of the owners said they will send my parcel the week of 19th of June. They also send me an email to confirm our telephone conversation.</p> <p> </p> <p>Again I followed up on the 28th of June 2017, the 5th of July 2017, the 6th of July 2017, the 11th of July 2017 and again on the 13th of July 2017 with no response AND NO SHOES!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>It has almost been a year and I have not received anything!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
