No delivery or refund

I got Frank from Franella footwears number from a company catering for tall/big people. A placed an order for 5 pairs of shoes on 5 January 2017 and paid for it on 17 January. After numerous phone calls, 17 e-mails and 13 messages on facebook the company still can not give me a feedback on my order or if they even started on it. I was also told to stop pestering them on the phone for it is a private number. Just why do you give a private number as a reference number then? They could not once told me how far my order is or when it would be delivered. The person answering the emails always makes me out to be at fault. I have tried to cancel this order on 26 August 2017 to get my money back, but they do not even responded to that. Definitely not a company you want to deal with!
