No Delivery and Bad Attitude

On the 27th of September 2016, I place an order for shoes and paid R385.00 for it. My order number on their site was #4444. The status states "pending" for over a year now. Whenever I contacted the people I was treated VERY rude. I still have not received the shoes although I was on the 21st of May 2017 that it will be dispatched that week. Their attitude that I must wait for the order because I have done business with them out of my own free will, is not an excuse for bad attitude and *****ing my money. This is the worst service I have ever experienced and want to warn other people not to do business with these people.
