more than a year with no result

I have ordered shoes from them on the 7th of September 2016 - after numerous emails I finally got an answer in March that my shoes should be delivered on the 10th of March. Well this date came and gone, on further inquiry they said it is already completed, just needs to be packaged... well it is now the 17th of November 2017. and I have not received any shoes yet - I have asked for refund but they refused. I have since march send 38 emails without ANY response whatsoever!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - they are *****ing from you.
