Franella......I have NO words.

I ordered my shoes in January. In March I followed up and that's when the "fun" started. Frank Botha, who is the owner Petro's husband, got beligerent, threatening and downright RUDE. They have a "company policy" where delivery takes basically forever. According to Frank I would receive my shoes in August because you don't count public holidays and weekends, so technically 8 months....my wedding is in 5 days. In comes Petro...trying to do damage control.....promises to send Frank on a customer relations course, promised my shoes by last weekend so the ladies could wear them in? Guess what? NO SHOES...Wedding in 5 days. Told them I would report them to the ombudsman. Got an email from Frank this morning: "

Dear Hayley

Please go to the Consumer Protection Ombudsman. You have already damaged our brand on hellopeter.com, clearly THAT has been your modus operandi for a while.

Frank Botha

They will not refund you. They offer 50% in STORE CREDIT?? (for non-existent shoes??) and no refund on the delivery fee of R150? For undelivered shoes.

Before you buy from this company do your homework...believe the other complaints. Don't throw your money away.
